House rules

For a pleasant and undisturbed stay here, please keep the following in mind!

Arrival and Departure time:

Our check in time is from: 14:00 (2pm).

Our check out time is till: 10:00 (10am). 

Please inform us abut your estimated arrival time, because we will go there by that time to give you the keys and do the payment. 

When leaving the apartment, please make sure about you closed the door, you put back the keys into the keysafe and you rotated the number. And after that please send us a message about you left the aparment. 

We want you to feel at home! Treat the equipment and household items as your own, and please take care of them as well, so that they can serve for your comfort again the next time!

Canceling your booking:

If you would like to cancel your booking you can.

If cancel 7 days before your arrival day you have to pay half of the price. 

If you cancel 3 days before your arrival day you have to pay the full price. 

Extra costs:

If you arrive after midnight we will charge you a late night check in fee which is extra 10€.

If you would like to do a late check out let us know and we will discuss it. 

Liability:

The guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the apartment or violation of the house rules. The host assumes no responsibility for the guests' belongings!

About security:

As in all households, in the apartment it is possible that something breaks or malfunctions through no fault of the guests. If you notice any abnormalities, in order to prevent possible serious damage, please report it to the accommodation provider immediately on the following phone number: Farkas Zsófia +36704202420 

Only the persons listed on the registration form may stay in the apartment. Strangers are not allowed in the apartment!

The apartment is for relaxation! With regard to the other residents of the house, we ask everyone to refrain from noisy activities after 10:00 p.m.! 

Pets:

No pets are allowed in the apartment.

Smoking:

Smoking in the apartment is forbidden and prohibited (€200).
